IELTS Practice Tests - Online Preparation Course

I suppose this question was already asked in this forum but I cannot to find it. I wonder if someone knows if the Online course advertised in this page is good and worth the money. I have to do the general test on Dec 7th for the PR application and I am planning to pay the CAD 60 for the 30 days course.

There are lots of tips you can watch on youtuBe,
do you have a "British council" around your area.when you pay for the exam- you will Be given a free liBrary card at British council where you can practice your listning ,reading and witing as long as you want.

Thanks for your replay. I will check on youtube. Unfortunately y don't have any British Council around. I am currently studying by myself with some books that I borrowed from the local library but I think it would be really good to have some feedback with my writing and of course with the speaking exercises. That is why I thought that doing this course could be helpful.
