IELTS overall score 6.5 in Jan_2018...Help for PNP

Hi , I am very new and only attempted IELTS not aware of next step for Immigrating to Canada.
Heard PNP is the better option for this score and another program Federal is out of scope for IELTS 6.5.

Can anyone help me how to proceed further and what are the chances with this score and which are good provinces.

First u have to create EE profile in federal pool. Let's see what is the crs score?
