Unfortunately,you are not eligible as you are required to score a minimum of 6.0 band in each of the language abilities.

sorry to say but thats a very poor score from an engg. graduate.
did u had enough time to prepare on your own.....

take a 2nd test, prepare for 2-3 weeks, lots of material availabel online....
appear again, you will score above 6... prayatna karo boss...

As mentioned by other group friends ur score is low. Minimum of 6 in each section is essential. There must be some IELTS preparation centres in ur country. They give u tips and even if ur command on english is not impressive, u tend to get above 6.0. Try to search if u hv short time.
