IELTS or CELPIP Help

First of all thank you for making this Forum to help other people like myself.

I am currently looking into moving to Canada from the United Kingdom. I have GCSEs in English Language and Literature as well as Functional Skills English Level 2. (See more detials regarding Functional Skills here) English is also my first language so do I still need to complete either an IELTS or CELPIP test?

Yes, you still have to complete IELTS or CELPIP. No exception.
