IELTS or CELPIP for both wife and spouse

Hi ,

I am working in Canada , I am planning to write celpip and my husband is staying in India . He can’t take Celpip because of exam center .

Can I take celpip and my husband take ilets and can we apply for PR together I’m single application? Is it allowed ? Primary applicant tAking celpip and spouse taking ielts?
