Ielts or any other english exam without passport? Possible?

Hey Asivad,
I have cousin in england and she doesn't have her passport with her and she wants to take ielts or any other exam of english if there is one which she can take with her passport?

British immigration has her passport from last 4 years

To the best of my knowledge you need a valid passport to write the test. I don't believe you can take the test without one.

Any chance she has a refugee document of some kind from the British government?

If you are in the UK, you can use your EU id card instead of passport.
