Hi,

Anyone will take IELTS on 25 Sep in Dubai?

This test will be my third try and I am fed up with doing such test! It's all waste of time.

The problem is not on the test itself since it is soooo easy, but it is on the time to finish all parts of this test

On the other hand, I have BA in English and Translation with Excellent merit. Do you think that my certificate can help me not to take IELTS again

Hi,
Don't get frustrate, it will not help your performance. I experienced the same but passed eventually. There is no perfect system that is capable of evaluating one's language skills accurately. It definitely a challenge for the tester knows how to write an exam with the past experience of time management.

Try to peek your performance by accepting this challenge and see how it will work for you. Good luck.

Guys, i gave my IELTS on 11th sep........... i read lots of books and practised with the help of online tests.... the best thing i think i did was to use YOU TUBE . They have great tips and u can see some IELTS speaking interviews as well which gives u an idea of what to do and what to ignore....

as far as writing is concerned.. try reading letters and essays online with different bands..........

the challenging thing for me was reading and especially labelling paragraphs but fortunately did nt get long paragraphs so that was ok too....

if your english foundations are good than it should be a cake....... but u need to concentrate 100% on every task....and switch off ur worrying button once u enter the examination room.
