W wpc71 Hero Member Dec 17, 2008 547 5 Mar 9, 2009 #4 in the old system, you needed to get at least 7 on each band to be abale to claim high proficiency. Now it is 6.5 for all bands except Listening which is 7.5. Reactions: lino82
