Initially when I did the assessment as [ R:6; L:7; W:6; S:6], I got my assessment as not eligible to apply.
But, second time when I re assessed with 7 bands in all four abilities, it appeared that I am eligible for express entry.

I have not yet taken my IELTS yet, but is it mandatory to have bands of 7 in each of 4 abilities before we apply for express entry, if someone is lower than that can they not apply?

would my qualification can help me escape here, i did Master's as my highest qualification.

Ielts 6 band each is the requirement for NOC A and O....you need to get 67 points out of 100 for Qualifying as FSWP in EE...so bascially that may be the reason for your assessment being ineligible...you will not get points for your masters unless you have ECA for that if that degree was done outside canada...and in assessment of 100 points masters has 23 points while your bachlors will.have 20 or 22 points...you can calculate your points so as to have clear idea...

the point system is confusing . For level of education without spose its 150 points and again skills transferability factor has a 100 points. so all together 250 points for study?? I have to get my masters (MSW) yet to be done ECA. once if i have done it, how many points I could get out of this. Any experts plz help.

while filling online EE profile you dnt need to fill your points...it will be automatically generated after you submit your profile...all you need is to enter your details eg personal details, education and language, work experience etc...if your degree's canadian equivalancy comes out to be masters then if you are single you will get 135 points if married 126....in skill transfblty if clb 7-9 each module 25 if more then clb 9 in each module then 50.....if one year exp with clb 7-9 each modules 13 if more than clb 9 then 25....if more than 3 years exp and clb 7-9 then 25 points and if more than clb 9 then 50 points
