Hello guys,
Can anyone has an idea about the IELTS score marking as per the 28 required points for FSWP ?
EG,
if I score 6.5 bands overall then what would be my score out of 28 points?

The score points aren't calculated based on the overall band. They are calculated based on what score you received in each IELTS category. If you achieve a score of 6.5 in each of the IELTS categories, then your score will be 19.
