IELTS in USA

I need to give IELTS-General in USA SO CAN YOU
PLease guide me regarding topics.
I heard that topics are different in India and US.

Is it easy to give test in India as comapre
To US?

Please give me online material or Link so i can
Prepare it

IELTS tests are the same all over the world, although they may ask different questions at different times, but there are no special questions for India or USA or any other country. All questions come from a central 'bank of questions' which is refereshed every now and again.
