IELTS for Study Permit - India

I have a toefl score of 79 (R-16,L-20,S-22,W-21) which is equivalent to 6.5 IELTS and min. 6 bands overall are too present.
I had my undergrad of an English Institute.

Do I need to retake IELTS ?
Can I face any problem with this score while applying for Study Permit from INdia?
