I am new to this forum.. I am having IELTS on November 7th. I am planning to apply thru Express entry including my spouse.
What should be the CLB level for my spouse to be eligible for express entry as dependent?

Yes, there is need to take the test as it is the only means by which your eligibility can be determined in an english speaking country, even masters degree and doctorate degree holders are asked to write same exams. Regards.
