IELTS for CIC

hello,

i got following marks in ielts -
speaking- 5.5
writing - 6.5
reading- 6.5
listening - 7.5

overall 6.5

I go an offer letter from SAIT for IT(network systems)
There criteria for english language was ielts score 6.0 in each, but still they offered me a seat as i have proved my English proficiency as well as you English Language Arts 30-2/score 70 according to them.

My question is while applying for student visa, will my ielts score going to affect?

Please advise..

Yes, it will.

Its alright if you have 5.5 in single module. But it gets difficult if you have more than one. I have seen many cases with IELTS score 5.5 in single module who got visa even my agent told me the same.

All You can write is SOP and explain everything to them including your IELTS score. I'm sure they'll understand.

but vfs website says 6 overall n no less thn 5.5 in any...how does it work?/ :-\
