actually i did my ielts in march 2010 it will expire in march 2011.....if i will aplly end of november ..and my case will not processed since march ..will my ielts expire ...can they ask again for my ielts

can i apply this november
and my husbsnd got his police ecrtficates in may 2010 from uk...and he never visisted to uk again since may..is this certificate expired now
