IELTS Expiry EXACT date?

Hi. I took an IELTS on August 8th, 2020 and can apply for PR on August 8th, 2022 (earlier is not possible for document reasons).

Now that 2 years expiry is August 7th, 2022 OR August 8th, 2022?
If I apply on August 8th, 2022, is IRCC going to approve or reject my application?

Any insight on this is greatly appreciated.

August 7 at midnight it expires. Even if it only expires on the 8th, your EE profile would be invalid the next day and your profile would be ineligible anyways unless you got at ITA on the 8th.

This is actually through the Startup Visa Program. So EE is not applicable. I have the "Letter of Support" but can only apply on August 8th, 2022.

Yes. Your IELTS expire at midnight on August 7. No longer valid on the 8th. Was August 8, 2020 your test date?
