IELTS expiring soon, invitation just received

I received the Invitation for the PR 3 days ago. I had planned to retake the ielts in a week which means that in 3 weeks from today I will have the results. my question is: by now I am giving the additional information that CIC requires before giving the personalised document list, Can I still edit my ielts results after I submit the first questions that will take me to the requirements list? or in which point I wont be able to dont edit any information at all?

can you submit with all required documents before May 15th?

if so, you will be fine.
