IELTS expired on December, does that mean profile is removed from system?

Guys,

I had hired a consultant sometime back (June 2015) to represent me. Things went rogue between me and the consultant. Meanwhile I dropped the Canada plan, got married and got on with life , now that CRS is decreasing I think I might have a chance at CRS 395, and wish to start the process from scratch.

Consultant had renewed the profile once, but as of now the IELTS at the time of creating the profile has expired>2 years on December 2016. I do not have any login credentials or anything of the old profile or ECA report originals (This was not given to me by the consultant i hired). But I do have the softcopy of ECA report and a new IELTS report+IELTS of spouse which is < 2 years old.

Can i go ahead and create a new profile and job bank etc etc. Completely ignoring the old stuff the consultant created??

Yes I think you can go ahead and create a new profile. I doubt that your consultant would have kept your profile active. Even if he did activate it once, it will be due to expire in June this year.

Yes I think ill go ahead and start everything fresh. My IELTS had expired in December 2016, so its probably profile is inactive now (But However I have a new IELTS now).
