IELTS EXEMPT FOR UK MASTER DEGREE HOLDER?

Hi, I'm Post Study Work Visa holder want to move Canada with my husband and daughter. My qualifications Master in Textile Designing from Islamabad Pakistan, Post Graduate Diploma in Business & Management (level 7) from UK and Masters in Islamic Banking and Finance from UK having all these degrees I still need Ielts to get admission in any Canadian university for Masters programme (Business or Textile Designing)?

Even if you have a phD in Microbiology or a native speaker born and raised in USA, you will still need to take IELTS
