IELTS Exam results

Guys,
As per the advice of some of the gurus at this forum, I had requested the IELTS exam center to send the exam results to the Buffalo Consulate.
I waited till I recieved a copy of the exam results before sending my complete forms package. I did include a photo copy of the exam results in the final package.
Today the consulate returned back the exam results stating Regulation 12 which states that 'if certain requirements are not met, the application and all documents submitted shall be returned'.

My issue is what should I do?
1) Should I send my exam results again to the consulate or the photo copy included in the applcation package will do?

2) I was assuming since the original results form is anyhow being sent by the IELTS center, I could include the photo copy in my forms package. Now I am not sure if they will return the entire package as well stating I have not included the original IELTS marks sheet.

Please advice.

I don't know d "GURUS" dat. Advised u to ask for d results to b sent. Directly to cic,it is clearly stated dat all documents b sent in a single package,also dat original results should b sent as photocopies will not b accepted by cic,for all u know,mayb they just didn't receive d result or there is a mix up @ their end n cic doesn't ave d time to start matching application package received with results received,ur best option is to request for another result(original)n send it to them asap!

Well, that is what I did - requested for original marks from the IELTS to be sent directly to the Consulate.

But looks like they didnt take time to match up marks from the IELTS with my application form. But what are my chances that they would do it this time if I were to send the original again to the consulate ?? Looks like I am in messy situation now !!

Is there anything else mentioned in the letter? Please do not assume anything but follow the visa office specific instructions to the letter. If they do not need the original copy, they will say so in the instructions.

For the IELTS results, you have to send the original. Forget about the one sent directly to them. For all we know they still haven't matched it to your file. The original TRF is printed on security paper. Send it quickly now with a cover letter.
