I'm currently based in Jacksonville, Florida & wish to reappear for the IELTS Exam. However, there are no IELTS test centers in Jacksonville, Florida but in Tampa & Davie. However, these are only offered by the British Council. Is there any other organization that conducts the IELTS Exam in USA?
