Hi everyone! Please help me for I'm really sure about this. I'm a Temporary foreign worker and I've been here in Canada since April, 2011 and I belong to the NOC C occupation. My question is what if I'll be applied for PNP nominee later than July 1, 2013, do I have to take an ielts exam inorder to qualify for PNP? Please help me and Thank you for your concern!
