IELTS each band 7 or overall 7

Hi

I wanted to know if a University says it wants 7 in IELTS do they mean each band they want 7 or overall band 7

Well normally its overall band but its best to check with the corresponding university....

Usually its overall band.

But if there is any compulsion of minimum bands they'll mention somewhat like this, 7 band nol less than 6 in each module.

Agree with mehtab.92. It's usually overall, but sometimes they specifically says NOT LESS than xx in each module. For example, not less than 6.5 in any of the module
