IELTS-CLB equivalency

IELTS Score as below:

Listening : 6.0
Reading : 8.5
Writing : 6.0
Speaking : 6.5

Overall 7.0

What is the equivalency of CLB? is it 7? or different for each? Please help cant figure out

Thanks for the link i've already checked that I meant for each (listening, writing, speaking,writing) do I have different CLB or standart for all?
