I took my IELTS last February 2010 here in Canada. I have an overall band score of 7 and I'm applying for a Permanent Residence now. Do I still need to take IELTS again? I talked to an Immigration consultant and she told me that I don't need to. I need clarification. Thank you so much.

Hi everyone! I would like to ask if I can still use my IELTS test taken last november 2011 for filing on January 2013? my scores are as follows: Listening-8.5 Reading 8 writing 6.5 and speaking 7.0.? Is it pass on the new FSWP requirement?
