Listening: 6.5
Reading : 7
Writing : 6.5
Speaking : 8.5

are these score good enough for me to apply for Express Entry Visa for Canada.

Impressive speaking score, congrats. If you don't need points from test or you have enough points from other sections.

with CLB7 (ur score is CLB7) u satisfy the English language proficiency requirement.
However to be eligible for express entry,you need to score 67 points in the FSW eligibility calculator and getting a CLB9 gets you maximum of 24 whereas CLB7 gives only 16...
also,for higher CRS points on which the ITAs are issued, a CLB8 band is desirable...
use the CRS points calculator at Canadavisa site to check ur CRS scores for ur present IELTS score and an improved score and see the difference urself...
