1. No, your scores in L and R are too low, you require a minimum of 6 in each to be eligible.

Just like the other member said - your Listening and Reading are too low!

Most consultant that I encountered in India are saying that minimum of 6.5 in each module is required for masters degree.
Is it true ?

I want to know if the below IELTS score makes me eligible for the admission in Masters Program:
Listening:7.5
Reading: 6.5
Writing: 6
Speaking: 8
Overall =7

They see overall score instead of individual, but yes it depends on school to school.
