Listening - 8
Reading - 5.5
Writing - 6
Speaking - 6.5

Am I eligible for Canadian PR?

I apologize if I do sound blunt, but with that band, its going to be a long wait for a PR. Try to score L-8 and RSW-7 at the bare minimum. Just my 2 cents.

I'm going to assume you want to apply for PR in express entry program. If that is true then your eligibility depends on a number of factors which can be read here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ces/immigrate-canada/express-entry/works.html

Let's assume for the sake of argument you fulfill all the basic requirements on express entry program. To get an ITA you need to have a score of around 470. To reach that level of score your IELTS score in LRWS should at-least be 8777.

1. You don't qualify for Express Entry as you require a minimum of 6 in each module, you have 5.5. in Writing.
