IELTS and WES certificates

I know these are good for two years - is it ok for them to expire post ITA? Or are they like the police and medical stuff?

WES is valid for 5 years. I think expiry of language tests is a reason for rejection.

Your IELTS should be valid when you submit eAPR. Afterwards, nothing to worry if it expires.
