IELTS and CEC

If I have 7+ in my IELTS Speaking, Writing, Listening and 5 in my Reading. Am I automatically elegible for CEC only?

You haven't provided any info RE your eligibility for CEC or FSW. Assuming you meet the other criteria for both, your IELTS scores do limit you. You would not be eligible for FSW, and you would only be eligible under CEC if your NOC is skill level B.

If your NOC is skill level O or A, you will need to re-take the test. I see from an earlier post that you are from the UK, so it shouldn't be that difficult to raise your score. You can also try the CELPIP instead.

Thanks! is it better to do CELPIP instead?

It's different, computer based.
I took both, got a bit more score with IELTS.

In my opinion CELPIP is "easier" because you're using a computer, you can focus in the test better than in a full class, specially with the listening.

Worse thing with CELPIP is the Speaking to a computer when everybody else is speaking as well to the computers, I got lower score here; I prefer the IELTS speaking one to one.

So it's different and can work better or not for you, you can try if you want to improve your score.

Note CELPIP is only available in Canada.
