Writing - 5.5
Listening - 6.5
Reading - 8
Speaking - 7
Overall score - 7
CEFR Level - C1

Sorry to say but there is no option but retake IELTS Exam for applying FSWP.

MY SUGGESTION try for PNP with this score.

Even for PNP there are minimum cut off on each category which is 6 for OINP may be for others as well
