I got IELTS 6.5 overall. Listening 7, Reading 6.5, Writing 6.5 and Speaking 6.

Is this score make me eligible to apply for Express Entry

Yes. You fulfill the language requirements of the Express Entry stream with this band score.

But u need CLB 9 to get ITA for express entry. Clb 9 equals band score 7 in all three categories except 8 in listening
