IEC - 'your action is required' and many weeks of processing time

Hi,
I submitted an application in January, but needed an additional document. The application form didn't allow me to upload the document (typical) so I had to submit it via the webform. It has now been 8 weeks since I completed my biometrics, but my application status still says "Your action is required" and my account hasn't been updated with the document. Is my application in limbo, or do you think they are just being slow? The current IEC processing time is listed as 2 weeks on here, which seems incredibly low: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html

Have other people had a similar issue before?

I'm currently in the same situation however have submitted my documents 2 weeks ago. Although when I go to view my submitted documents I cannot submit any more and it all says complete so I would assume we are ok if that is the case. It is a little nerve racking when the last update field is blank.
