IEC - Young Professionals category- Is it open work permit?

Hi

I know that in order to apply for IEC under Young Professionals category one needs to have a job offer from an employer.
My question is, then the IEC Young Professionals work permit will be good only for that job? or it still will be an open work permit, as in Working Holiday IEC permit?

it is a closed permit tied to a specific employer. You can change employers but need a very good case, see here http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1187&top=25
