IEC WHILE PR IS BEING PROCESSED

Hello,

I applied for PR in October through express entry. I just got accepted on to the working holiday visa scheme where I can apply for a work permit. Can I apply for IEC while PR is being processed...will it affect by PR application? Also, in the application for IEC do I say YES when asked Have you in the past submitted an application for Canada, such as, a work permit, tourist visa?

Please help only have 10 days to submit!

You have to say yes as a PR application submission is an application for Canada.

Applying for IEC will have no effect on your PR app.
