Hi,
I would really appreciate advice on the below from anyone who has had a similar experience.
I am currently applying for an IEC Canada visa. I have a youth caution (from age 13), which I understand I should disclose.
The issue is I have previously had an ETA visa from 2015. I don't think I disclosed the youth caution on this application (I didn't think it counted as a criminal record).
What will happen if I now disclose the caution? Will I be rejected or have a finding of fraud? I'm really worried about it.
TIA.
