IEC renewal-- conditional acceptance letter

Im Australian and have been on IEC visas since 2010 and due to renew my final one before I'm over age.
I'm eligible to receive it once more but was unable to start applying until now (3 months before the current one expires) yet they've closed kompass which I need to access in order to get a conditional acceptance letter.
Mycic is allowing me to apply but requests the conditional acceptance letter.
Has anybody had issues with this and if so, how did you resolve it?
Immigration seems to be impossible to chat to and when I do they are not helpful and don't know either..

As of October 9, 2015, at 23:59 Eastern Daylight time (EDT) (October 10, 2015, at 14:59 Canberra time), the Working Holiday category is closed to Australian citizens.

Looks like they've stopped accepting applicants for 2015, you'll have to wait until 2016 when the new windows open.

if you're too old by that point, i'm afraid you're out of luck

Applications are closed for the year and won't reopen until sometime in 2016 (likely in March). You have to wait until then to apply and obtain a conditional acceptance letter. It's not possible to obtain one earlier.
