IEC - rejected due to incorrect police certificate. Want to reapply.

Hello all!

Unfortunately my application was recently rejected on account of supplying the wrong police check (required federal). As a result, I'm very keen to reapply supplying the correct documentation.

Unfortunately I can find very little information about the process of reapplying. What I would like to know is;

- do I need a new Kompass, or do I withdraw my precious application and reapply there? I cannot find any where to add a new application.

- or! Do I create a new Kompass account? My CAL is past date, so I know I have to start from scratch, I'm just not sure where I stand with the Kompass account.

Hello, this just happened to me too! and for the same reason. Did you by any chance find out what to do next? I am very keen to re-apply and submit correct documents.

I got denied twice for police certificate issue once i re submitted thinking maybe i had the wrong document uploaded. Next says AFP police check and further down says countries spent 6 months or more in. I submitted Canadian police check thinking its the reason i am getting asked. Refused again. Rung them and apparently my AFP check is not an AFP it says National Police Check and Name disclosure.
Not sure what to do maybe try another police check and submit that
