Here I've described my problem in more details:
https://expatriates.stackexchange.com/questions/17626/how-to-reapply-for-canadian-working-visa-iec-after-rejection-due-to-not-submit
The gist of it is that I believed that I have submitted required form stating previous countries (IMM5257B), but it didn't go through so it got rejected.
Rejection letter stated that:
"You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee."
Ideally I wish someone could look over my case and see that I sent them that document by direct message, but since this probably is a bureaucratic impossibility, I could also reapply and pay same fee for the same invitation, but I believe a new invitation would be needed. Those are handed out based on one per citizenship.
I have dual nationality and can reapply immediately with another passport and will likely get invited again.
I am not sure whether this a legal/allowed tactic, I haven't seen anything to state that it isn't.
If someone could clarify whether this is a valid option, I would be eternally grateful.
Thanks!
