IEC Open work permit, Proof of Funds?

Hi guys.
I’m trying to emigrate to Canada through open work permit international experience canada. I have two questions .
1-Can anyone please tell me if i Need to show proof of funds during my stay?
2- How can I exempt myself from visa processing fee, there is no detailed information regarding it.
