IEC - but then what? I need to work legally two extra months

I arrived on an IEC (International Experience Canada), January 6th 2012. Which means my 1 year work permit expires January 5th 2013.

I am arriving in Whistler BC, 1st of Dec., where I will start a job in a grocery Store. I dont have an LMO (as it wont be of any help when working in a store), but I do have job-offer-letter.

I want to stay in Whistler until April 1st, extending my stay with about 3 months.

1. Financially, I need to work to at least Febuary 15th. Is there anyway I can extend my possibility to work legally? 1-2 months would be enough!
2. Is there any Visa I can apply for, that will put me on Implied Status? or is that completely impossible when in Canada on an Danish IEC.

I would really appreciate some help

Thanks and Kind Regards
Jesper
