IEC Application & Common Law

Hello,

I'm getting ready for the next opening of IEC working holiday.

I have some questions:

I'm from Greece and I'm on an eTA in Canada currently (about a month). Will my selection (on the application) of residence be Canada and permanent residence be Greece? Or will they both be Greece?

We have jointly entered the country with my common-law partner and have stated the fact on both our eTA and the officer upon entry into Canada.

Further, my common-law partner has become a Czech Republic temporary resident for about a year or so (He is Greek as well).

In proving our common-law status, what do we need to provide as proof? (We're together 3 years) We don't have a lease in Greece. We do have a joint bank account in the Czech Republic though. Do we need any additional documents-proof of partnership (e.g Photos, Tickets Ship/Plane/Train)? Is a joint lease a strict pre-requisite?

Our situation has been that my partner mostly visits (comes and goes) in Greece, and I have some limited visits myself in the Czech Republic.

Will any of these documents be required on my initial IEC application, or is it requested afterwards?

Thank you very much!
