IEC and dual citizenship - can I apply using my other citizenship?

Hi!

I've got dual citizenship. I am currently in Vancouver on the IEC Work and Holiday Visa with my NZ passport (a 12 month, one and done deal) which expires in June and am starting the application process for residency. It won't come through in time before my visa runs out so I was wondering, in the interim, if I could apply for the IEC Young Professional visa with my Swiss passport where I can apply twice for up to 18 months. I have a job offer and they have said they'll sponsor my residency application, so they can provide the paperwork for allowing me to get the Young Professional visa too, no doubt. So:

1. Can I apply twice once using my NZ passport and once using my Swiss passport?
2. If yes do I get the full 18 months or does my one year on my NZ passport get deducted giving me only 6 months?

Thanks in advance!!!
