IEC 2015 was already open or not?

hello everyone,
I have a big problem. Is from jannuary that I wait the opening of the express entry. Until 21 febbruary was writing in the official website that will be open not before middle febbruary. On 22 febbruary was writing this:

Italy — Working Holiday
Description: The Working Holiday category is designed for Italian citizens who intend to travel in Canada (up to 12 months) and who wish to find temporary paid employment to help pay for their stay (up to six months).
Quota: 0
Status: This category is now closed.


I have contacted the candian ambassy and they had answer me that is not open jet. but is march now and nothing is changed. in more in the kompass website is impossible complete the form in the IEC cathegory. maybe a bug? kompass never answer me.

thanks for every help. I'm Italian and are 3 years that I tried to go in Canada......

Hi, The Italy category is still not open yet. I guess it will be soon as all the other countries are starting to open. Keep checking the IEC website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/iec/index.asp?country=it&cat=wh and wait till it announces it.

You can see if you select United kingdom instead of Italy how it will show when opened.
