IEC 2014 in Ukraine

Hello everyone!! I am newby on this site, but I have read some info about IEC which resolve people from my country (not only) temporary visiting and working in Canada. Do you have any information about IEC 2014 opening in Ukraine, because as I`ve checked its closed only for Ukraine on 2014, without any additional information ? And ist it another way, I mean without IEC visit Canada for travelling and temporary working? Thks very much for feedback!!

1. Probably open Nov/Dec 2014.
2. To work you would require an employer to obtain an approved Labour Market Opinion (LMO) after advertising for 4 weeks, then pay the fee to ESDC to process and would have to prove no Canadians/PRs available or qualified for the job. Anywhere from 8-16 weeks to process.
3. To visit Canada, you require a visa (TRV) the information is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/tourist.asp
