I am currently on Canada on my first BUNAC permit (god bless the Paris Embassy)
But now since this year the applications are going through London I am very worried.
I applied the day the applications opened. Only to be rejected because they changed the application procedure after I mailed my application (The Health Form).
So I reordered my Police cert, and re-mailed it on the 8th of Feb. They told me on the 24th of Feb they had received it. Since then nothing.
I am really worried as my first work permit, which was an actual work permit, not an IEC permit, went through london. They cashed my cheque, but lost my application, all my police certs, photos etc, were just left somewhere. And basically I had to get my local MP involved to get me a pardon from needing a work permit. I went to the border with only an email from someone in London saying I was cool to work, and they gave me a permit at the airport.
I am worried for two reasons - worried they lost my permit again, and worried that they might think I applied fro IEC 3 times since they got confused over my first permit.
Am I being irrational?!
