Hello,
I saw some answers to a similar question in a few threads but they were either old or did not apply to Quebec residents (which I am), so here it goes, I hope someone can help me:
- How many identification documents do we need to provide for the application? This is unclear in the guide. In one place it says that if you have a valid passport you must provide 1 ID and then a few steps later it asks again for photocopy of ID. So do they need 1 or 2?
- If they need 2 IDs, can it be another photocopy of the valid passport + provincial healthcare card?
The thing is I only have the healthcare card, I don't have a Canadian driver's licence and in Quebec we don't have a non-driver's ID card (which is why I wanted to know what is advisable for a Quebec resident without a DL).
Thanks!
