My husband forgot to bring his passport for the upfront medical exam. The clinic used his national identity card for conducting the medical exam. The emedical information sheet has his national identity card number. My question is: his ID documents summary only has passport information , should I also add his national identify card to the ID documents - summary? Thank you
 
every document nor in french or english must be translated by a certified translation service :

Translation of documents

If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with a copy of the original document as well as a version translated by a certified translator.

If a supporting document is in a language other than English or French, the applicant must provide IRCC with:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translations; and
a certified photocopy of the original document.
