ICT WP Sep-2015 - Approval Timelines

Hello All.

My company applied for a ICT WP online on 29-Sep-2015 in NY, USA and Waiting for the approval.
I have not moved to India.

After receiving the approval, what is the procedure to get it stamped in India.
Is medicals needed ?
Is Bio Metrics needed ?
Does the approval take this long ?
