I got my ICT WP from India and landed on Oct 2010 and in Feb 2013 I left back to my country as my assignment was complete. I again came back on July 2013 on new assignment and started working as my WP was valid till Dec 2013. In this whole period I was employed with my Parent Company (India) when I was in India and was employed with its canadian subsidiary when I was in Canada. Now I have applied for my Work permit Extension as my assignment requires me to be here after Dec 2013.
I joined my parent company(India) in may 2007.

I have read in above link "have been employed continuously (via payroll or by contract directly with the company), by the
company that plans to transfer him or her, outside Canada in a similar full-time position (not
accumulated part-time) for at least one year in the three-year period immediately preceding
the date of initial application.>>>>>
Question - I have been transferred again on July 2013 as I mentioned , the one year clause will only be counted for my initial application which I made in 2010 ,this rule has nothing to impact my current extension correct ?
Going away in between of WP duration due to assignment being over , won't impact anything I believe .
Please seniors reply and anyone who has been in same situation.
